Sarah Britton BVSc, Dip Vet Clin Stud, MANZCVSc, GAICD

Sarah is a Founder and Principal Consultant at One Biosecurity Solutions. This consultancy group provides strategic advice, communication, training, and risk management services on Biosecurity, emergency preparedness and response, disease management, and One Health topics. With over 30 years of experience in veterinary science, Sarah is a highly qualified and respected professional in her field, holding a Bachelor of Veterinary Science, a Diploma in Veterinary Clinical Studies, and a membership of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists by examination in Small Animal Medicine. She is also an Australian Institute of Company Directors graduate and an Australian Rural Leadership Program Fellow.

Before launching her consultancy in September 2023, Sarah served as the Chief Veterinary Officer of the NSW Department of Primary Industries for more than five years, leading the management of animal biosecurity threats and protecting the animal health industries, community, and environment from the impact of pests, diseases, and residues. She has also worked as a Veterinary Officer and Peri-Urban Program Coordinator. She co-founded and ran two successful veterinary clinics in Melbourne and Orange, winning several awards for excellence and outstanding service.

Sarah is passionate about promoting rural and regional NSW and adopting One Health and a collaborative approach to protect Australia’s environment, health, wildlife, and agricultural industries while reducing the risk of emerging diseases and pests.

Warrie is a Director and Principal Consultant at One Biosecurity Solutions and is a highly qualified and respected professional in his field, holding formal qualifications in management, project management and leadership coaching.

Before joining One Biosecurity Solutions, Warrie served in senior leadership and project management roles for global corporations such as IBM. These roles have included delivering world-leading digital information technology solutions and project managing large complex projects e.g. a $20m global community support fund in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. He has also consulted as an executive leadership coach for over five years, working with a diverse range of professions, including veterinary, medical, wildlife, information technology, education, fashion, manufacturing, banking, social performance and sustainability. This broad range of experience underpins a deep understanding of solutions to complex leadership challenges and the delivery of diverse and complex projects.

Warrie is passionate about providing executive leadership support and delivery of diverse and complex projects.
